  • What is a pre-order? Why should I pre-order the “TULISAN” book?
    Pre-order allows you to purchase a product before the ready stock of the product is available. By pre-ordering the “TULISAN” book, you ensure that you’re amongst the first customer to receive this much-anticipated book in the first print that includes exclusive packages released in very limited quantity so you absolutely must get your hands on it before it sold out!


    How long is the pre-order period of this book?

    The “TULISAN” book will open for pre-order on 26 August 2023 and ongoing while stock lasts.


    Who is the publisher of “TULISAN”? Can you tell me more about the important highlights of this book?

    “TULISAN” by Daiyan Trisha is proudly published by Nukilan Biruni Publication and written by the distinguished Malaysian celebrity, artist and debut author, Daiyan Trisha. “TULISAN” is a mixture of Malay and English poetry collection about love and life which paints a vivid canvas of Daiyan’s inner world. “TULISAN” contains 222 poem entries that explore the theme of heartbreak, loss, love, self-worth and spiritual connection through her personal odyssey. It is aesthetically packaged in a limited-edition autographed hardcover and exquisite gold stamping. Experience first-hand the vulnerabilities, heartbreaks and the triumphs of a beautiful artist in this most-anticipated book of the year!


    How many packages are available and what will be included in each package?

    There will be 3 packages released altogether which is the Eclipse Package, Crescent Package and Full Moon Package. Eclipse Package will include the hardcover with Daiyan’s autograph. Crescent Package will include the autographed hardcover and Daiyan’s specially written and wax sealed letter. Full Moon Package, which is the greatest package of all, will include the autographed hardcover packaged in an exclusive gift box that contains Daiyan’s special letter and 8 photo cards. ALL these packages are a limited-edition and might not be reproduced for the subsequent print.


    Is the Daiyan’s special letter personalized?

    No. Daiyan’s special letter is not personalized. However, the letter is written from the heart by Daiyan herself.


    Are all the pre-order “TULISAN” books include an autograph by the author?

    Yes! All packages will be autographed by Daiyan Trisha. However, customers are not able to request any personalized name or notes for the order.


    How do I place an order? What are the platforms available to place the order?

    All customers residing in Malaysia may purchase the book via our official website www.nukilanbiruni.com or through our Shopee store ‘nukilanbirunitrading’.

    Customers residing overseas may place an order only through our official website www.nukilanbiruni.com.

    Will this book be available to purchase in any of the major bookstore?

    The hardcover edition of Tulisan is only available for this first batch of pre-order and made exclusive online only and not available at any bookstore. The subsequent print of this book will be in a softcover edition which will then be distributed to the major physical bookstores (date available for this will be announced soon).


    Will there be a second batch of “TULISAN”?

    Yes, we will re-print the book and release in ready stock after the pre-order batch has sold out. However, the subsequent batch may only be available in a softcover version and may not include any of the exclusive packages as the pre-order.


    Can I combine my pre-order with other books from Nukilan Biruni?

    Of course, but if you combine the “TULISAN” pre-order with any other ready stock products from our product listing, you will have to wait for the “TULISAN” fulfilment period for it to be shipped in the same delivery. The items will not be shipped separately. All the products in your order will be shipped out together once all items are ready to be delivered according to the pre-order estimated delivery period.


    Can I amend or modify my pre-order?

    Unfortunately, you cannot amend or modify your order once you have checked out and payment has been made. However, if you simply need to change your shipping details before the product is being shipped out, you may inform our customer service team to assist you in doing so.

  • What payment method is accepted for the purchase made via your website?

    For domestic customers (Malaysia), the following payment method is available:

    FPX (Online banking), PayPal, E-wallet.


    For international customers, the following payment method is available:

    PayPal only. For further information about PayPal or to create a PayPal account please visit PayPal.com.


    Can I make a manual or online bank transfer for the purchase if I’m a domestic customer?

    No. We do not accept any bank deposit or online bank transfer for the purchase. You will have to make payment via the payment platforms provided by our website or Shopee upon checkout.

  • When will my book be shipped out?

    The fulfilment process of your pre-order is estimated to start from 13th September 2023 to 20th September 2023. So, your order is expected to ship out as soon as your order is ready during the fulfilment period.

    DISCLAIMER: Any unforeseen circumstances delay for the shipping of your order might affect this date but our team will strive the best to ensure the shipping process turns out smoothly.


    What courier will you be using for the pre-order delivery?

    For pre-order via our website, the courier assigned to deliver your shipment is DHL ecommerce and PosLaju.

    For pre-order via Shopee, kindly refer to their shipping guideline.


    How long does it take for courier to deliver my order after being shipped out?

    For all orders made via our website, the delivery process is as the following:

    Semenanjung – 1 to 4 working days

    Sabah Sarawak – 5 to 7 working days

    International – 7 to 14 working days

    For orders made through Shopee, please refer to Shopee delivery guideline via their platform.


    How do I track my pre-order delivery progress?

    If you place your order via our website, you’ll receive a notification via email once your order has been shipped out. This shipment confirmation email will state the delivery information and a link to track your order online. You will also be able to track the progress of your order when you log in to your account at our website.

    If you place the order via Shopee, you’ll have to check the delivery update from the Shopee app.


    Can I cancel my order any time before the product is being shipped?

    No cancellation is allowed once payment is processed for the pre-order.

    Once you have completed the payment, you have agreed to the waiting time as stated in each of the product listing. We are unable to perform cancellations after payment has been processed. Refund requests for pre-orders will only be entertained if two weeks has passed since the estimated delivery period and the product has not been delivered.


    In what situation am I allowed to request for a refund? (Website orders only)

    Customer received wrong order or product variation = Customer must return the wrong item and our Customer Service team will redeliver the correct order. (Return/Redelivery)
    Customer received incomplete order = Customer can request for a partial refund only for the incomplete item. No redelivery will be made. (Refund)
    Customer received defect or faulty item = Our customer service team will investigate the defect case and nature of the defect. If proven defect arises from our fault, customer can request for return/refund. (Return/Refund)

    **Refund/Redelivery requests or order complaint has to be made within 14 days after the delivery date of your order. Complaints or requests arising after that period will not be accepted.
